Martin is the Executive Director of the MasterMind Chamber as well as Editor-in-Chief/CEO of Modern Gladiator magazine. He has been a serial entrepreneur since the age of 20. He is passionate about being a coach, mentor, and educator in helping others to live their “best life,” with an emphasis on the importance of developing proper live-work balance! Martin is enthusiastic about adventure, exploration, never-ending learning, and collaborating people for the purpose of sharing creative thought and action.

Jordan Alvarez is passionate about leading a joy-filled life and inspiring the confidence in others to do the same. He enjoys all things outdoors, especially grueling backpacking trips, reading, networking, family time, and working out. There’s rarely a dull moment around him and he prefers it that way. “Business isn’t a lifelong sentence – it’s a blessing so why not make it fun with the people you like?!”

Becky Creighton

Becky is a serial entrepreneur, who has an extensive background in sales in marketing in technology and the food and beverage industry. Having started the first food tour company, Culinary Connectors, in Colorado in 2008 she took that knowledge and launched a restaurant marketing company, aMenu Restaurant Marketing. aMenu’s focus is on training restaurant owners how to effectively execute on their own marketing. Her skill sets lie in starting companies and knowing you can accomplish anything if you embody and believe it. A mom of two teenage boys, she stays active by cycling, working out, and meditating. You can catch up with Becky quarterly in the Bourbon Girl article in the Modern Gladiator magazine and most likely at one of Denver’s tastiest restaurants.

Jessica Arent

With an extensive successful background in diverse cultures and business from television to tequila, Jessica Arent has made a name for herself that is global. With a voracious appetite for learning and personal growth, Jess is always up for a challenge, endeavoring to make a difference and create an impact, setting out to bring a positive return to every project she takes on. From Forbes to Modern Gladiator, Jessica can be found educating the public on such controversial and trending topics as tequila, cannabis, and startup production and manufacturing.

Bryan Spiess

Bryan Spiess is an entrepreneur from Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is the owner of Spiess Financial Concepts; a consulting company that helps startup businesses to navigate the realm of raising funds. He is also a co-founder of PatronX; an online solution for schools and libraries that are seeking or spending e-rate funds. In his spare time, you can usually find Bryan in the mountains, either on his mountain bike, or his snowboard. He is a car/racing fanatic and frequents many of the car shows in the area. Anything from classics and muscle, to trucks and off-road vehicles, to high-end exotics are all cars that he can get excited about. His passions in the community include issues that are pertinent to “young professionals”. In the next few years, Bryan is excited to continue to build his brands, and have a little fun while doing so.

Audrey is an award-winning journalist with more than a dozen reporting awards from a career in television news and in radio in Chicago, Denver and other markets. She started Strong PR & Multimedia, LLC in 2009 and has been all referral ever since, servicing her clients with everything from media production to issues management. Her experience includes more than a dozen years in public relations including time in-house for The Ritz-Carlton/Marriott and work with Verizon Wireless and FISKARS, two of the world’s largest consumer brands. Her specialty is in media relations, crisis communications and creating compelling stories for B-to-B and B-to-C clients. Sam embraces helping people through experience and personal growth. Sam is on of the founders of, a web-based platform for kids that helps children find their passion in life and teaches financial literacy. Sam lives in Arvada, and you may find him harvesting distressed trees for BESO Skin Care, fishing with his two sons Nicholas and Matthew, or on the race track.
